As part of protecting the privacy of all our members across the City of Mississauga, Videotaping the players, the coaches and/or the parents during, before or after practices and/or games without a written consent from the club is strictly prohibited.
Taking pictures and/or videotaping the players, the coaches and/or the parents during, before or after practices and/or games for the purpose of selling them to the parents and/or to the public without a written consent from the Club and a written consent from all the parents is strictly prohibited.
Parents have the right to take a picture or two of their children playing on the field. However, club management would ask you to cease and desist if it becomes a concern to one or more of the other parents who have children playing on the same field.
If the member continues to take pictures of the children while disregarding the concerns of the other parents and/or any of the above policies, the member will be warned that her/his membership at the International Soccer Club will be terminated.
If the member disregards the above warnings and fails to comply with any of the above policies, the following actions may be taken against the member:
Club management may call the authorities to escort the member from the field.
His/her membership with the International Soccer Club will be suspended and the individual and their family members will be prohibited from accessing any of the club fields, games, practices or programs made by the Club to serve our community during this season and every season thereafter.
The individual and their family members are to stay at least 200 yards away from all ISC members, coaches, volunteers, management, games, fields, parking lots or any other facility that is occupied by the club members at all times during this season and every season thereafter.
Failing to comply with the above will leave management no choice but to contact Peel Regional Police and take all the necessary legal actions to ensure the safety, the security and the privacy of the club members and their children are not violated. Our objective is to protect the safety of all kids and youth playing soccer in the City of Mississauga. Thank you for your cooperation.
