SOCCER KIDS MISSISSAUGA

CBC Across Canada

You have just discovered the best place for Soccer kids, Mississauga has to offer. At our International Mississauga soccer club, passion for the game is only a part of what we are all about. Our focus is on developing area youths, broadening their horizons by providing the type of experiences and education that helps them develop into the great people we know they can be. Our club is the proud home of the IMFC soccer teams. We are a NOT-FOR PROFIT organization under the Ontario Corporation Act. In addition, we are a Sanctioned Member of the Ontario Soccer Association as well as a Registered Community Member with the City of Mississauga.

Although we put forth great effort to make a positive impact on the lives of our members, the many Soccer kids Mississauga proudly counts as a part of its population, our focus has continuously remained on teaching and developing sport of soccer in the city of Mississauga. We are proud to offer The First Educational House League in Canada for youth ages four to fifteen, being a location of some of our members’ earliest experiences of success.

The program captured the attention of the Embassies in Ottawa, the Consular General Offices in Toronto, CTV News, Rogers TV and the local newspapers. They highlighted us as the one of the most beneficial clubs for soccer kids Mississauga can provide. It was widely publicized and this helped to further the spread of soccer passion in our area, as well as inspire many others to become a part of our team. For some, the first step they took in transforming their lives was to contact our organization.

It gives us great pleasure to announce that our Education House League is the only program in Canada that provides a fusion of athletic development and socio-cultural awareness. We train members for a higher level of performance on the field as well as in life, helping to create educated global citizens. This program is specially designed to teach the sport of soccer as well as instilling a stronger awareness and a better understanding of the world in our youth.

Our International Mississauga soccer club uses qualified, trained, paid soccer coaches, along with the replication of the different national Soccer Team Uniforms and national country flags to groom tomorrow’s leaders. Our program is designed so every team in every age group represents one of the world national soccer teams. During the weekly games and weekly practices, as we teach soccer, every team learns about the country they represent. Every player has a weekly homework assignment in which they must answer questions about the country they play for.

Our players are assigned to teams regardless of their ethnic backgrounds. They rotate teams every season so that they constantly learn about new countries. This helps to broaden their perspectives, granting the global viewpoint that is so important in the face of globalization’s rapid and steady spread. This better prepares them to be successful professionals and citizens and gives them a morale of teamwork and unity that can benefit them today.

ISC is also proud to introduce IMFC Soccer Teams in Mississauga. They represent ISC at the Hershey League every indoor season and at the Summer Tournaments in Ontario every outdoor season. We welcome you to partner with us, changing the lives of each and every one of the soccer kids Mississauga has.
